LHC was asked to design brand new office space for international firm of solicitors, Trowers & Hamlin. The firm’s new Exeter office occupies a floor in the prestigious Senate Office building in Southernhay. The substantial space can accommodate 32 staff with
built-in expansion room for a further 15 .

The contemporary design includes open plan office space, reception and law library area , break out / kitchen area, central print stations, three large meeting rooms, conference room and one-to-one consultation rooms.
The aim was to introduce modern styling while retaining the necessary formality associated with a law firm. A palette of walnut veneer, chequerboard mid-grey carpet and dark grey paintwork contrasts with corporate-colour feature walls and floor to ceiling glazed panels.
