During 2016 LHC were appointed by a major student accommodation provider to review the communal areas within their existing properties. The outcome of the review process was a commission to refurbishment accommodation in Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter.
Our architectural and interiors teams worked in tandem to deliver remodelled spaces which aimed to bring a look and feel of contemporary homeliness from the moment of entry, and foster a sense of community and integration through a mixture of intimate and open spaces.
