An innovative, new build student residential scheme on the edge of Falmouth town. Situated to the northern-edge of the site, the scheme maximises the space between the building and a steep railway escarpment. The scale was carefully considered and designed to sit below the tree canopy with an ecological diverse brown roof, allowing the integrity of the green layers of trees and shrubs rising up the Headland to remain intact.

Designed to take advantage of panoramic sea views, the block includes 146 self-contained studio apartments with balconies.
