This new academic facility incorporates flexible teaching spaces, lecture theatres, a learning resource centre, administration and a café area.
The topography of the site and 9m fall across its length, has greatly influenced the layout and shape of the building. The arboretum to the north offers a tree-lined vista which provides a backdrop to the teaching spaces.
A three storey glazed climate wall supplies natural daylight and also provides transparency and dialogue between the occupants and the main plaza and Forum building immediately opposite.
