LHC was commissioned to develop a masterplan and landscape strategy, and subsequently to deliver architectural designs and full working drawings for a scheme of 20 new homes in the picturesque village of Woodbury. Undertaken for Cavanna Homes, the development delivered much needed open market and affordable housing for the village.
The layout was designed to complement the surrounding pattern of development. Dwellings are all two-storey and have been set back from the street edge, arranged as a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached buildings with detached garages and off street parking.

Architecture, Urban Design & Masterplanning
Full planning achieved Dec 2015. Now complete.
LHC’s urban designers and architects worked closely with the local Conservation Officer as the site is on the edge of Woodbury’s conservation area. Both the architecture and landscaping have been designed to maximise the quality of the living environment, taking material and design cues from the local vernacular. This achieved a development that is contemporary, harnessing the best of modern design, yet one that respects the identity of Woodbury.
Our technical team delivered full technical specifications and working drawings using the Revit software package.
