Taylor Wimpey invited the community to view plans for Phase 2 of the proposed housing development between Station Road and Yeovil Road in Crewkerne, at an exhibition on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th March in Crewkerne Town Hall. The consultation continues online. See below for links.
The site, which is allocated in the Local Plan and has outline planning consent, is located to the east of Crewkerne town, between the A30 Yeovil Road and the A356 Station Road to the south.
The purpose of this exhibition is to update the community on the delivery of the proposed development and to ask for comments on the emerging detailed proposals for Phase 2. This Phase comprises 525 homes, greenspace and a new link road – and will be subject to a Reserved Matters Planning Application later this year.
