LHC Design COVID19 Policy (July 2021)

LHC Design Coronavirus Policy – Updated 19 July 2021

We continue to review and update the measures we have put in place to make sure we continue to offer a high quality service to our clients, and ensure our staff can work safely with our clients, partners and stakeholders during the ongoing Covid-19 situation.

As a design consultancy the risks to our clients and supply chain are minimal. We have, however, taken the following actions to reduce the risk of spreading the virus:

  • Our offices are open and we have implemented an Agile Working Policy to enable our team to work some days from home (or other locations) to reduce the density of people in the studio. We have appropriate IT and other systems in place to enable us to deliver our full range of services whether working from the office or other locations.
  • We continue to share changes to Government and NHS advice with everyone within the company, to make sure we are all aware of potential risks and take appropriate precautionary measures.
  • We are pleased to host face-to-face meetings in the studio, and have appropriate safety measures in place to reduce the risk of spreading Coronavirus (or other pathogens). We encourage visitors to the studio to sign in using the Government Track and Trace QR code.  We also have facilities in place to meet via phone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc and will continue to use these to ensure we continue to work effectively to meet clients’ requirements.
  • We are attending external meetings and site visits as normal, using our standard site and meeting risk assessments to keep our team, clients and others safe.

Please contact the relevant LHC Design Project Lead if you have any queries regarding ongoing risks to projects arising from COVID 19, or any other matters.
