Paul Osborne appointed to High Street Task Force panel of experts

LHC Design is pleased to announce that LHC Director, Paul Osborne has been appointed as a High Streets Task Force Expert, Mentor & Facilitator.

The High Streets Task Force panel of 150 experts will work with towns in England over the next four years, supporting their transformation efforts and helping to tackle complex barriers to change.

Paul is a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer with over 20 years’ experience in the design and delivery of high-quality public realm and landscape schemes at a range of scales. He is a both a Fellow of the Landscape Institute and a Recognised Practitioner in Urban Design

‘I’m looking forward to working with my fellow High Street Task Force panel members to help communities and local authorities evolve their town centres, progress local plans, bid for investment, and respond to the impact of COVID-19.

‘At LHC Design we work with our multi-disciplinary team, stakeholders and communities to develop bespoke responses to town centre problems; we’re currently working with South Somerset District Council to deliver significant enhancement schemes in Yeovil and Chard, as well as a range of town and city centre regeneration projects across the South West.’
