We are really pleased to see that LHC Design projects have been shortlisted in five of the nine categories in the Michelmores Property Awards 2020. The LHC projects which will be competing on 12th November in the virtual awards are:
The Hi Tech & Digital Centre at South Devon College features in both Education Project and the prestigious Building of the Year categories.
Kings Orchard, a development of homes in beautiful Stoke Gabriel for Cavanna Homes is shortlisted in the Residential (36 units and over) category. LHC provided masterplanning, plus architectural design and delivery.
LHC’s masterplan for West Carclaze Garden Village in Cornwall features in the Masterplanning for the Future category; together with Exeter College Masterplan, on which LHC provided the landscape masterplanning.
And finally The Wave is competing to be the Leisure & Tourism Project of the Year; LHC designed the sensitive landscape setting for this landmark inland surfing lake.
