Four Star Bakers have been crowned as part of LHC’s charity Bake Off, following weeks of fiercely competitive baking to raise money for Kidney Research UK.
Winning bakes included a 3D representation of the Exeter studio made from shortbread and an LHC logo inspired sausage roll. Paul Osborne and Amy Walton rose to the challenge, each taking home the Star Baker rosette for the urban designers, whilst Grant Elliott and Jill Himsworth enjoyed the taste of success on the side of the architects.
But the baking wasn’t just for fun; the LHC team raised an impressive £205 for one of their chosen charities of the year, Kidney Research UK, and a Christmas Signature Bake Off is being planned!
