Sean is a technician and Associate at LHC with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. He has extensive knowledge of the complex technical delivery of offices, retail, leisure and housing with a particular specialism in refurbishment.
Sean’s recent projects include the £3.5 million renovation and extension to Tamar House in Plymouth, a prominent city centre building which we converted from offices to student accommodation.
LHC was commissioned by the Plymouth College of Art to remodel and renovate their tired and dated Tavistock Tower, a well-known Plymouth landmark, to enhance its performance, access, and appearance. Sean led the technical delivery and his expertise was invaluable on this transformative project.
