Senior Bookkeeper

Rachael joined LHC in 2025, bringing with her over two decades of experience in accounts, developed across a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, event organisation, and construction. Beginning her career in a junior role in 1997, she has steadily advanced through the profession, gaining broad practical expertise and completing key qualifications along the way.

Most recently, Rachael spent eight years as the bookkeeper for a vehicle maintenance and repair firm, where she oversaw day-to-day financial operations and contributed to the company’s long-term stability. Her commitment to professional development culminated in becoming fully AAT-qualified in January 2025, reinforcing her strong technical foundation and dedication to best practice.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time outdoors – often taking long walks with her dog – and tending to her garden. She brings to LHC a calm, diligent, and detail-driven approach, and is looking forward to supporting our team with her extensive accounting experience and steady, hands-on expertise.
