Nick Mann

Senior Urban Designer

Nick joined LHC in July 2022 and has over 7 years of UK experience of sustainable residential-led masterplanning and urban design projects. He has a strong academic background, comprising a joint honours degree in Geography & Planning and a Masters in Urban Design. This, combined with previous roles in in planning, urban design and masterplanning, ensures that Nick is a well-rounded designer with a wealth of experience from which to draw.

Nick’s project experience spans the development process, from initial concept design to detailed masterplanning on sites at a range of scales. His role on projects has included contributing graphic and written outputs for vision documents to assist with the promotion of strategic sites, as well as preparing framework masterplans, detailed layouts, capacity studies, and materials to accompany applications for outline and reserved matters.
