Jack Kittle
Part One Architectural Assistant
Jack joined LHC Design as a Part One Architectural Assistant after achieving a First Class Bachelor’s (BA) degree in Architecture from the University of Plymouth in 2024.
Jack has a keen interest in historic buildings, adaptive reuse, and timber frame construction, which shaped his 3rd-year thesis project. His work focused on a self-build housing scheme that utilised timber from invasive softwood species found in local woodlands across Devon and Cornwall. This project highlighted Jack’s passion for innovative low-carbon design and affordable building methods, featuring partially prefabricated homes that would be assembled and completed by those who would eventually live within the proposed community.
Since joining LHC, Jack has contributed to a variety of projects, including the National Marine Park scheme and Millendreath Valley Resort. He is committed to continually expanding his skills and knowledge, driven by a passion for refining his expertise as an architectural designer.
