Following government advice LHC Design are reducing non-essential social contact and adopting the following approach. We wish our friends and colleagues the very best during the current challenging period.

Grant Elliott

Grant is a RIBA Conservation Architect, one of only a handful in Devon, with particular experience in refurbishment, conservation work and Listed buildings. He is registered with the Dioceses of Exeter, Bath & Wells and Truro as an Inspector approved to carry out church Quinquennial Inspections.

Grant’s portfolio of work includes sensitive proposals for Paternoster House in Exeter ; the conversion of historic barns at The Donkey Sanctuary into a restaurant and visitor centre, and plans for the redevelopment of the Grade 2 Listed Caerleon College in South Wales. He also sits on RIBA’s panels of Adjudicators; Professional Conduct, and Grievance.

Grant has twice worked on sabbatical with the Turquoise Mountain Foundation in Afghanistan, to restore the ancient artisan centre of Kabul.
